METHOD

1. Serve in a wine glass (stemmed or stemless)
2. Fill glass ¾ with ice
3. Add chilled Ponte Rosé Spumante, Aperol + soda water
4. Stir chilled
5. Garnish with blood orange wheel
6. (optional) for an extra burst of flavor and to add a touch of sweetness: prior to building cocktail, squeeze blood orange over rim of glass and dip in sugar.
